This is the exact attitude of China that is worrying all smaller nations in Asia along your southern and eastern belts. "Anything that CCP says is the final truth". A superpower earns respect through collaboration. And once it consolidates power, then it takes hard steps.
You forgot to understand that last learning before you opened all your cards.

Aside from the Paracel Island in which she reiterates her undisputed sovereignty, China's position is very clear in SCS, She claims all the shoals and their EEZ in the Spratly group as with 5 other nations. She offered peaceful negotiations with all of the claimants. But until then no one is to have any economic interests in the dispute areas, otherwise she is going to take steps to stop such activities.
That's precisely what a big country should offer to help the smaller ones and she is doing it. If those smaller countries mistrust her because of her size and is a communist state, then they are misguided. And if they are inviting some outsiders to help them, then they are promoting more troubles in this area.
And finally, China is not a super power and we're off the thread.
