Dance is energetic though. The setting (goras being schooled by Indians) is so cringey and old school. Reminds me of Bob Christo days. The less said about the movie the better.

Every few years they will want their dose of something 'jhatak'. Like sometimes when you have had too much food you feel like drinking soda or popping a chooran goli. India has such awesome music, but an utterly crap song from an utterly crap movie is what gets honored. Waisay Bollywood music died quite some time ago. South Indian music shone briefly but it is also back to its percussionist crap, because North Indians have suddenly acquired a taste for donning lungi and making videos to that rat-a-tat music.

Never heard of the documentary before, but the song is very average even for Indian standards. I never watched the movie and just heard the song before posting this. I guess they just gave it to keep the Indian audience happy.

I will watch the documentary tonight on Netflix, heard it took around 5 years and over 480 hrs of raw footage.

Natu natu is a retarded song but catchy, weren't they using it in some cricket commercial something.. the brothers pandya, rishab pant, sharma etc were dancing to it iirc.
