Please, By which angle does the Let out Blue prints of the Arihant Submarine Look Charlie? The Technology and Crew Training Might have been Done after leasing the Charlie Class of Submarines from Soviet... But I dont think we are Foolish enough to copy the 1960 era Diving vessel in this century. There are Other Rumors of it to be a technology derived from that of the Akula class of Submarines...

I'm curious to why you would think that.

The Arihant is based on the Charlie class which doesn't even figure into this chart.

China has far more experience in building SSKs, SSNs, and SSBNs, as compared to India.

tonnage is a large factor in quietness of a Nuclear sub and the Arihant at 6000 tons is comparable to the Qing class SSK.

I would like to hear a reasonable response.

The Arihant is reported to displace 6,000 tons which is assumed to be the submerged displacement. If it is the surfaced displacement it would match that of the Akula... Now Come on there are no Viable proofs to Substantiate its stand as to what it is as of now, Its a Mere Speculation... And the same Charlie Rumor was too based on its Displacement, Dimensions and Reactor Output.... Since there are only Rumors and Assumptions Which have characterized this machine, Lets not shape it any further by our own conspiracy...

U got it all wrong P8I will be never entering Chinese air space,thouch it will be there to welcome ur subs once it cross malacca straits,and those so called support will not be there to help it.

And why would we ever need to do that. Our missiles can touch anywhere in the world.

If wanted to cross those straits we would send much quieter SSKs.
