Hasn't it become a habit now? First india buys it then she uses it for a decade or so then after decade or so they start complaining about the stuff and the quality issues, its not the first time last we heard about another missiles form Britain and Russia now it again strikes with R-77.
Even if there were problems why they didn't complain about it in the beginning or immediately after induction , what is the use to complain about after 2 decades when one can't do anything about that or they are ready for replacement
They should be questioned about ,were they sleeping before? why they kept using it for 2 decades? what would have happened if a war broke out ? What is the use of complaining now when all is done and dusted
This has really become a phenomenon for IAF
