India has set aside USD200 million grant out of which it has released USD50 million. It is probably for Muhith's Padma Bridge. But, AL may find ways how to bypass Padma and keep all this money in its election fund. I think, it will spend the money not for vote rigging, but on some unknown/non-existing river bank anti-erosion projects that will feed its party cadres. But, anyway, let us watch what happens to this money.
