A law should never be partial or bias, when a court enforce any patent law the court should apply to all on the equal basis, can just pick and choose to which patent product India court to decide to enforce. A farce justice system pick and choose to be impartial to benefit it own people.
No just because a drug too expensive for the Indian to pay for, India can't just stole the patent from other nation to provide the drug treatment for the Indian. India court force other country to pay the copyright fee if a copy product sale in India.
do you even study a patent law i did , let me tell u tht this comapies patent has been expired but wht they do is make a minor chemical change now a new medicine , hence they again get a patent for tht medicine thts hw they keep on extending the patent nw a days but also sir thr is a law in patent if company patent is expired then other company can make drug with the changes in chemical components so my first read and learn about it then talk
There no twisted positive to a negative case against India, this is the case India violate the patent right to reengineer the generic drug to sell in a lower price. What scientist hail the court decision to allow India to manufacture the generic drug for the poor patient in the 3rd world nation affordable healthcare, still the process violated the copyright law which India high court enforce the copyright law pertaining to other product. India court can't just pick and choose with product to rule on the copyright law.
if u dont know anything about patent then dont start talking about tht ,get some knowledge about the case
yes thr have been many cases whr indian courts have ruled against the companies , also thr is a rule in indian patent medicine , they will not allow medicine companies to make money on lives of human being and if there is other companies who provide tht sevices then no patent law is voilated. This isn't the 1st case India stole drug patent from the US company. Save your bullshit for someone else.
