Good relations with India doesn't come at the cost of China, heck even India and China have good relations, If india can maintain good relations with Israel, KSA, Iran and Palestine, buy weapons at peak of cold war from both europe and USSR, and even now do business with Ukraine, Russia and the US, then you can quite easily gauge the caliber of Indian Diplomacy and foreign policy.

We can talk to anti Pashtun Elements in Afghanistan and offer them something which they are Interested in and we can also Talk to Pashtun Elements in Afghanistan and Offer them Something they are Interested. So Taliban is merely a Group that Represent an Element in Afghanistan doesnt mean they are the only Once we have Relations with.

I think you dont even Understand the Depth of Pakistan Strategic Interest in Afghanistan and I not Fan Boyish here there are Areas where Non Pashtun Elements would LOVE to Collaborate with Pakistan because their own Interest Depends on them and same goes for Pashtuns as well.

They had suffered the most from Racism directed towards them for Centuries and Taliban was no Different as every Afghan Govt. had made them suffered at some point of their rule in Afghanistan because these Hazaras are believed to be Descendant of Mongol Army Left in Afghanistan. The only Country where they lived Peaceful life until now a days was Actually Pakistan and they have return that by becoming most of the recruits to Army from Baluchistan Province. Even one of them member won Military Award for Participation and Gallantry in 1965 War.

Uzbeks have strong Mongol features and no one looks down upon them in Afghanistan. Historically Uzbeks and Mughals were considered heirs of Mongols and timurids respectively by pashtuns and tajiks. Hazaras are prominent in Afghanistan for being exclusively shia, not for their mongol features.

Hazaras are prominent in Afghanistan for being exclusively shia, not for their mongol features.

Uzbeks are Kipchak Turks they only have Mongoloid Features like Kyrghiz and Kazakhs and Turks were only Allied with Mongols while Turks were Native of Central Asian Landmass but these Hazaras are more Mongoloid people that resembles Chinese or Mongolians today. Turkic only by language. Uzbek Khan was head of Golden horde of Mongols. Racially Uzbeks are Turko-Mongols so were Timurids/Mughals or barlas. Hazaras on the other hand , are Persio-mongols with no established lines from heirs of genghis khan and with no established history. Point is, Uzbeks also have strong mongol features and no one in Afghanistan looks down upon them.

Nope, the largest recruitment comes from Pashtuns of Baluchistan but yea Hazaras are recruiting in the army in large numbers since British times. It were British who settled them in Quetta in 1890s, but keep in mind a big potion of them arrived in Quetta in 1980s with other Afghan refugees. Qazi Muhammad Isa was hazara from mother side and Pashtun from father side. General Musa khan was a Hazara.
