Actually its a good business. India has huge resources and rapid economic growth so this is a win win situation for both the countries.

Indeed.

But Japan is always in the fore front of helping countries with their infrastructure/industrial needs.

Somewhat different from the US which likes to help others by supplying weapons.

I sometimes feel that the US aid includes more weapons than humanitarian items.
