fear?well sir,it is part of your culture,so no worries

Your 29 state govt. receive their funding from central govt.Unless your state is autonomous, revenue are collected nationaly and then distributed to the subordinate state. This is the common rule everywhere. So 68,968 cr. rupee is the total budget.

You really shouldn't talk of things you don't know. All individual states have their own taxes and revenue, in addition to what is given by the center. And AFAIK, that is what is true everywhere.

And no, the central budget is not the total budget for departments on the concurrent list.

fear?well sir,it is part of your culture,so no worries
And bravado and empty threats are part of yours.

You do realize that your military will not dare to wage war against us, right? Despite all the empty ideals of taking our Kashmir?

That's enough for us, to know that our enemies don't dare to fight us.

Fear is the reason for the Pakistanis to cry out loud on Kashmir Issue???...

So you've no fear why don't you come for JK once again???

Budget 2015: Over 2% cut in education budget; new IITs, IIMs to be set up
Saturday, 28 February 2015 - 9:22pm IST | Place: New Delhi | Agency: PTI

The national education budget has gone UP, not down. It's only the central government's share that has gone down.

Let me explain— under the new finance commission, states receive 42% of central taxes vs 32% earlier. As a response, several centrally sponsored schemes, including the major education schemes (SSA, RMSA and RUSA) will now receive a larger share of funds from states vs. the centre. So, while they get lower allocations in the union budget, this will be made up in the state budgets.

It's an attempt by the government to delegate power to the states instead of relying on centrally administered and funded schemes.

They won't do that, even if they could. (They can't.)

Their entire military establishment derives prestige and importance by pretending that they exist to take Kashmir from India. If the Kashmir dispute gets resolved, they no longer have a reason to justify their existence.

Presently their army is busy fighting islamic militancy that they themselves created. It's like digging holes and covering it up repeatedly, to pretend that work is being done.

i don't agree with the bold part

Whether you agree or not, it's true. Your military has not dared to wage war against us openly, since the humiliation of 1971 when we cut you into two. That's why they send lashkars or mujahideens into India to die. Or send their armymen without wearing uniform, like in Kargil. They know that waging war against India is suicide, which is haram for them.

:rofl::rofl:

do you really believe in the bold part?

Do you even know that this is not 1971 anymore, this is not the pakistan when we didn't even had stick to fight apart from our military, usually people take my post regarding Pakistani civilian standing upto india defending Pakistan and even making an offensive into Pakistan lightly but i can assure you that, the next possible war will be between the people of Pakistan and trained indian army.

The war might hurt Pakistan but will mark the end of india and we will be given chance to capture not only kashmir but our territory of IVC occupied by india and its people.

Gee, I wonder how that will turn out! Untrained and delusional people against a professional military - let me guess the odds...hmmm...

At this point I have to speak up in defence of your armed forces - I'm pretty sure your army, even though incapable of fighting India, still have the professionalism and honour to fight by themselves, and not leave the fighting to civilians like the Iraqi army recently did. You are mocking your own army when you say that your civilians will have to fight, and not the people trained to do so.

i don't agree, infact if you browse the history of the people of Pakistan and india, the indian side clearly believed in give up concept and accepted anyone from any stock to rule them for indefinite period without any resistance.

I agree,it will be more like the genocide of indian civilian at the hands of us Pakistani civilian.

We believe in supporting our army, ofcourse you won't get it considering that your a indian

That's what you believe? That in the next war, you will finish India off and happily capture Kashmir? Oh well, enjoy your fantasies. After all, you are a PDF R&D specialist. I should have expected this before replying to you.

BTW, I heard that Zaid Hamid's TV show is hiring.

.
The plan is that your country will generously lend us money to make ends meet. Because:

Indian GDP: $1.9 trillion
Bangladesh GDP: $150 billion

Indian GDP per person: $1500
B'desh GDP per person: $950

So why should we worry about money, when we have a super rich neighbour like you to help us?

Well, if you "found on internet", how can we ever doubt your credibility?

Of course the troll is an #\$sshole. However he is sadly right on some things

@DRAY maybe 2500 crore is better spent on education than statue.

I really don't mean to insult you - but please tell me where you learned what you call "the history of the people of Pakistan and India". Was it at a govt approved school, or a religiously sanctioned one?

The region that is today Pakistan has been repeatedly conquered and subjugated - by Persians, by Arabs, by Turks, by Afghans, by Indian hindus, by Indian Sikhs. It was the Marathas, Rajputs etc who resisted. Most parts of today's India were not conquered by those plunderers, but every inch of Pakistan was.

Not if you consider the fact that more money has been given to state govts than ever before.

You mean the 10% hike from centre to state?

.
Well I have found on internet that Indian govt. decreases the education budget which is already very low compared to military budget,so it seems your radical hindu govt. want to keep indian masses ignorant and piss poor to ensure there grip on power.

Stop visiting extremist islamist sites...probably will save you life if you do.
