I am totally against any and all vigilantism. It is the responsibility of the law enforcement to take action against any and all unauthorized gatherings.

Listen my Pakistani friend, you questioned Durga Pooja along with RSS shakha that's why I answered it.

IMO permission should be taken for event to be held at public places wether it's your religious practice of offering Namaz or Shanghis RSS gathering.
