Recent purchases of akash, brahmos, dhruv, arjun etc. must have made a this number go up. I think the number number will rise more because of more projects coming out of production units.

The projects those will produce result by 2020
1. Arjun mk2 will definitely receive production.
2. DRDO's AWACS.
3. Various helicopters from HAL.
4. LCA mk1 and mk2.
5. FINSAS
6. FICV
7. FMBT
8. FGFA etc.

The last four projects are worth tens of billions of dollars... Man by 2020 this number is going way above just because of last 4 projects. I think the purchases will be more than 50 billion $ from the last 4 projects itself.

No the only reason why she's in power is because of treacherous so called "liberal" self-appointed intellectual puppets of foreign funded organizations that form the core of our structural power like media, communication etc. The only certificate that crook has that is that she is the daughter in law of the dynastic Nehru-Gandhi family.

With a license like that and with the idiocy of our countrymen's foolish post independence romanticization of this family, she just got the crown on a golden platter. However, with some hope it is changing now with more educated Indians being against this scum.
