If you remember that US was already jumped with Indian deployments against Pakistan. And US officials started running towards India. This was the same time when the Taliban started taking over in the west. And soon the army operations followed in the west. If the Pakistan army would have been engaged in the east it would have been even a easier cakewalk for Taliban towards Islamabad.

That is your assumption and a pretty low one i should say. Anyways there isnt a dooms day scenario in Pakistan any time soon not then not now. Obviously you fell for the propaganda about taliban just miles away from Islamabad, what they forgot was that those miles included mountains as well lol. Anyways coming back to the topic do you really believe we need to do anything about the SU-30 being stationed close to the Pakistani border. India does has the right to station them wherever they deem fit including Pakistani border. As for us well we certainly keep a close eye on how the developments are talking place on that side of the border but i can assure you we havent lost our sleep because of this.
