Young man its a weekend here and over the weekend we take a break and chill pill after the long week so no more paper dreams. World super powers took decades to arrive at those numbers and spended money until they gone broke and we are almost broke as we are. We do need more but not in 1000's. You don't put your nuclear assets as retainers to get some dosh.
