I have explained you many times regarding 1957 deployment of BM by the Chinese and even according to Indian and US Intelligence reports by 1960's , Chinese were having nukes.

Indian Defense Minister George Fernandes have clearly issued statement that India's Nuclear test in 1998 were because of the Chinese nukes.

Kashmir is holy land of Indian nation and its important for Indian nation because of the religious importance.

DGMO Level talks between India And Pak

DGMO level talks on behest of Pak DGMO was held on 22 Sep 17. During the talks the Pak DGMO raised the issues of targeting of Pak Civilians opposite the Jammu Sector by own troops.

Indian DGMO in response highlighted that all Cease Fire Violations in the Jammu Sector were initiated by Pak Rangers and the BSF troops deployed only responded appropriately to them. It was also emphasised that no targeted firing on civilians was carried out by own troops. Apart from these, firing by BSF troops were initiated onto Armed intruders attempting to infiltrate from close proximity of Pak posts along Amritsar Border.

DGMO also put across emphatically that the trend of infiltration along the LC continued with active support of Pak forward posts impacting peace and tranquility along the LC and also the internal security situation. This was evident from continued attempts of sniping and targeting of our troops undertaken through cross-border actions duly supported by Pak Army troops.

DGMO reiterated that the Indian Army is a professional Army and reserves the right to retaliate appropriately to any incident leading to loss of life of our troop. He reaffirmed the sincerity in the efforts of Indian Army to maintain peace and tranquility along the LC provided there was a reciprocal effort from Pakistan.

Acting Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry urges the Indian side to respect the 2003 ceasefire arrangement.
Pakistan on Thursday summoned Indian High Commissioner in Islamabad Gautam Bambawale and lodged a protest against alleged ceasefire violations in the Charwa Sector on the working boundary on the Sialkot sector.

"Acting Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed summoned the Indian High Commissioner and strongly condemned the unprovoked ceasefire violations by the Indian occupation forces in Charwa Sector, Bini Sulariyan Village on 21 September 2017, resulting in the shahadat [martyrdom] of 6 civilians, including 4 females, and injuries to 26 others, including 15 females and 5 children. Many of the affected are seriously injured and the casualties are likely to rise," a Foreign Office statement said.

Despite calls for restraint, the Foreign Office alleged, India continued to indulge in ceasefire violations. "In 2017 to date, Indian forces have carried out more than 870 ceasefire violations along the Line of Control and the Working Boundary, resulting in the shahadat of 38 innocent civilians and injuries to 142, as compared to 382 ceasefire violations in 2016," it stated, adding that the deliberate targeting of civilians is indeed deplorable and contrary to human dignity and international human rights and humanitarian laws.

The Acting Foreign Secretary urged the Indian side to respect the 2003 ceasefire arrangement; investigate this and other incidents of ceasefire violations; instruct the Indian forces to respect the ceasefire, in letter and spirit and maintain peace on the LoC and Working Boundary. He said the Indian side should permit the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) to play its mandated role as per the Security Council resolutions.

Indian Army on Friday sternly told the Pakistan Army that while India reserved the right to retaliate to unprovoked firing from across the border, Indian troops don't target the civilians intentionally.

“Indian Army is a professional Army and reserves the right to retaliate appropriately to any incident leading to loss of life of our troop. The army is sincere in its efforts to maintain peace and tranquillity along the Line of Control, provided there was a reciprocal effort from Pakistan,” Lt Gen A K Bhatt, India's director general of military operation told his Pakistani counterpart Maj Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza

The military commander emphasised that no targeted firing on civilians was carried out by the Indian troops.

However, in Islamabad, acting Foreign Secretary Aitzaz Ahmed summoned Indian High Commissioner Gautam Bambawale over "unprovoked ceasefire violations by the Indian occupation forces" on Thursday in the Charwa Sector in which six Pakistani civilians including four women were killed.

The Indian firing, Ahmed claimed, injured 26 others including 15 women and five children in Bini Sulariyan village.

"The deliberate targeting of civilians is indeed deplorable and contrary to human dignity and international human rights and humanitarian laws," according to a PTI report from Islamabad, quoting a spokesperson for the Pakistan’s foreign office.

But Lt Gen Bhatt made it clear to the Pakistani commander that cease fire violations in the Jammu sector were initiated by Pakistan Rangers and Border Security Force troops only responded appropriately.

The BSF firings, he said, were targeted to armed intruders, attempting to infiltrate from the close proximity of Pakistan posts near the Amritsar border.

The two military commanders had an unscheduled telephonic talk using the hotline that exists between the two Army establishments. The request for the conversation came from the Pakistan side.

Lt Gen Bhatt said the trend of infiltration along the Line of Control continued with the active support of Pakistan's forward posts impacting the peace and tranquillity near the disputed border as well as the internal security of the country.

This was evident from continued attempts of sniping and targeting of Indian troops undertaken through cross-border actions duly supported by Pakistan Army troops, said an Indian Army press statement, quoting the DGMO.

The last one year was the one of the bloodiest in Jammu and Kashmir with a high death toll for the terrorists and security personnel. The number of ceasefire violation crossed 450 by the third week of September as against 228 such firings in 2016.

An Indian soldier was killed by Pakistani firing near the Line of Control in Keran sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. A day later, Pakistani troops targeted Indian border outposts and villages along the international border in Jammu and Samba districts, injuring three civilians.
