India has let every Pakistani regime be in peace and on its own. It was Pakistan who always came confronting with us.

We let Musharraf be Musharraf and that was the worst period on future policy making for Pakistan. Zardari and Nawaj are harvesting what he sowed.

Both are DGMOs from their armies. As to why the Indian DGMO is a Lt General whereas the Pakistani DGMO is only a Maj General, I do not know.

That's because the Indian army is double the size of the Pakistan Army. So, more vacancies in the IA for Lt Generals!
