Modi has made job easier for China and Pakistan by dividing indian occupied Kashmir into Ladakh and J&K divisions.
Muslim majority J&K wants accession with Pakistan and Chinese will definitely welcome their Buddhist brothers in Leh and rest of Ladakh.
Having J&K valley in Pakistan control and Ladakh in Chinese will safeguard tens of billions of dollars of investment in hydropower by China and Pakistan in downstream Gilgit Baltistan.
More dams and projects coming and Chinese will be advancing in Ladakh.
Forget about they ever going back until the last dollars have been recovered from their projects. Modi will be long gone then.
