To be practical, this is also not possible. There are lots of demographic changes which occured post 1956 in Pak controlled kashmir. So the solution should be out of the box and not the one which is going in rounds.

Back to topic! Unless specifics are spoken from both sides there is no solution in sight. For specifics to be discussed both should come to the discussion table. I do not subscribe to stalled talks. The extremists do want to stall talks and derail any solution as they are worried about their future (Read: Jobless) Extremists only know guns and bombs. What will they do if peace prevails.

For discussions to sustain all level talks with really a 10 year agenda with proper implementable and verifiable milestones set and acted upon.

A failed state will bite you if you get involved in its affairs eg as Pakistan did in Afghanistan and is suffering the consequences..and now compare this to effect of Afghanistan on its other neighbors.
