To be honest, I don't see how trade with Pakistan is economically a game-changer for India. It brings in some business - sure but is quite negligible in the grand scheme of things.

Stop being pessimist .

Sure it wont help India much .
As trade will be have negligible impact on India
But Trade will be a stepping stone for solving the strategic differences .
And solving problems will bring peace to the subcontinent .
Peace = Lots of Foreign investment and decrease in defence budgets

Corrupt regime of Pakistan is already importing indian goods duty free....
I wonder how does legal trade agreement is going to help them?

Secondly.. one way trade is unfair and indians don't buy Pakistani goods.

What is it that you can sell here? Maybe Cement.
