Our Nuclear weapons program had China in mind and not Pakistan. We tested our first device almost 30 years before Pakistan did.

Then same for China and India.

Our nuclear weapons have only US in mind, not India.

the indians certainly think twice, thrice, a thousand times before daring to attack Pakistan (conventionally or unconventionally) so therefore the mission is already accomplished. . especially given that the air-based, land-based (and soon, sea-based) delivery systems are operational and/or undergoing further testing.

I depends on the threat perceptions. Chinese will not come on top of tanks, so there is less need of stationing our armored brigades facing China.On the otherhand AF Bases around our NE region is being upgraded, not to mention purchase of large strategic transport planes like C 17.

it will pretty much debunk this "theory" of yours......the centrifuge design (mere blueprints) was not (and IS NOT) the design that is currently used in Pakistan. PAEC and KRL were instrumental in making their own designs and fabrications for the facilities. They had a blank cheque from the succesive governments, so funding and R&D was never an issue.

30 years at least we are doing it by ourselves and that tank bested T90 in trials rather than taking a Chinese tank design which came from a Soviet T72 tank design and naming it after some Muslim general

Well i won't argue with you on that but it all depends who goes first. If we come out to attack you first with 60 F-16s, 33 JF-17s hovering over your airspace then the game will be over. Same goes with India over Pakistan. It all depends on the kinds of weapons you have especially if its Stealth.
