I believe that the most important triangle relationship is still between US, Russia and China. Not US, China and India. India is still not up to that level yet. Its a regional power, not a global power.

Why is the US , China, India relationship more important than the US, Russia and China triangle. These triangle is the determining factor of the later stage of cold war. It would still be the most important triangle of the early 21st century. India is not ready to be part of the discussion yet. Even Pakistani do not want to be mentioned in the same breath as "India' you guys need to gain the respect of Pakistan and your other small neighbors first before worrying about being a super power.

What logic! By 2030 India, China, US will be the 3 biggest economies by some way. India and China will also alone represent ~1/4 of humanity. Russia, despite its recent resurgence, has and will continue to fade into insignificance.


And Pakistan?!! In a few years the gap between India and Pakistan will be like US-Mexico.

I will let my kids discuss what happen in 2030. India might implode. As for right now, India has a small economy and little weight in international politics. So the triangle relationship is still between US, Russia and China. Only Indians come up with US China and India as the three main country when India is the 8th or 9th largest economy.

Also, do not insult the Pakistani's by saying that as a country, India is much better than Pakistan. In many ways, Pakistan is more advance than India.
