UAE and India have a very strong friendship/strategically/trade/economically/culturally/Militariliy now..... Indias most relatable ally might be UAE.... Russia doesn't have such a high percentage of Indians neither does it share the culture, perhaps even the remittance isn't that high.....So it makes sense why India and UAE are strengthing relations..
