You want to know why US isn't giving them to Pakistan ?

No it is not because of China ( or the threat of reverse engineering , Chinese are far advances then you think )
the reasons are two fold
1. to keep Pakistan in check & dependent on US armory , so it would be hard for us to oppose us (hardly worked in past)
2. Indian pressure (whether you like ti not , India always lobbies against sale of any modern equipment to Pakistan ), Indian market is big & India is current the new tool for US to counter China , so they are careful to not make Indians angry .

The Cost of Selling to Pakistan outweighs the Benefits , Simple as that .

Both are wrong. RSAF F-16s only have an EW suite of Israeli origin which is different to the ones PAF has. 18 F-16s were sold along with full upgrade for the entire fleet to have Block-52 capabilities.

Thirdly the Chinese looking at Apaches as complete Bullshit. Pakistan has not shared any US tech with China. Such provisions are written in the contracts.

I love how everyone in Pak goes on about the Mukti Bahini. Now that B'desh is independent, why don't you just ask them to re-join and as fellow Islamic brothers condemn this Mukti Bahini as a force propped up by the infidel Indians? I agree that we need our own helicopter modified of our need. But It's not easy to develop a helicopter when we have no money for R&D, and there is no such thing as 100% TOT. We also have corruption in Army and Airforce and it will stop the kickbacks if we develop our own Helicopter.
