There's a serious problem with India which has resulted from complete misrepresentation and fabrication of history. It's created a delusional public that doesn't understand their past or who they are and believes the most insane things.
They've been appropriating Pakistani culture and history for decades trying to classify it as their own history which leads to these delusional ideas of "partition" when we gained our independence for the British Raj, not India, and attempts to classify ancient Pakistani history and neolithic sites as their own which leads them to believe that Kashmir, let alone Gilgit, is theirs.
They've been feeding the public false stories of glory in war when they've never won on the Western front while stating outright lies and misrepresentations of the 1971 war and they can't seem to stop. They did in in the February 2019 battles and now they're repeating the same weird cycle with their recent skirmish with the PLA along the LAC.
This is deeply worrying and these Hindu cult fantasies are the single reason for ongoing tensions between our nations and their continued occupation of Pakistani and Chinese territories.

I've also been curious as to what Indians are angry over when their own PM Narendra Modi confirmed that the PLA never intruded into Indian territory so it's clear that the 20 Indian soldiers who died along with 73 more who were seriously injured were looking to murder innocent PLA soldiers just doing their duty and acted in self defence.
India needs to prosecute those commanders and government officials who ok'd this heinous attack on the PLA and needs to prosecute those who have been committing these sorts of atrocities in Kashmir against unarmed civilians.
