India & Japan start crucial dialogue with eye on China

CT we are not saying we are in love with Japan and we hate China..
I look upon China and Japan as our cousins. But there has to be sincerity in Chinese govts actions towards friendship with India. The blow hot blow cold attitude makes us suspicious.

pffft cousins my arse. the relationship with japan also has something of great value to India--i.e. trade.
their no1 trading partner is the chini and India should be going after all chini's trading partners to grab business away... japan has already promised and is working towards that. militarily India should just help the US to continue to suffocate and surround china - saves $$$ for india to do so..

Freedom of speech and expression for what?That kind of things have nothing to do with ordinary people but only used by politician to fan flames on others.

You haven't enjoyed this and thats why you don't know the importance of this freedom....A few days back Sayeed Ali Shah Geelani was called to deliver a speech to address a conference among various ministers, diplomats and Army....even though everyone knew that he will oppose...thayt guy told the facts which know one can confirm...attacked army verbally infront of ex-army chief but his opinion was listened although it was false and tailored.

But the guy is still out their openely spitting venom against his own country but he is allowed to do that. Just tell me what would have happened to this guy if he was Chinese and talking against Chinese government ??/ Atleast life term jail without any privileges or may be worse...
Although i support what Chinese would have done but still....

Right now people are protesting against Government at Jantar Mantar but they all are allowed to do that....if it was china....we all know what would have happened...

Look. You don't know much about China. If you pay attention, I hate some leaders and like some leaders. I happen to like Wen and Hu. I hate Jiang Zemin. I can say whatever the hell I want about the government, I just can't organize a terrorist group that's sponsored by the US for revolt against the government. Otherwise, if China started paying the Maoists, would you think it is 100% fair, OK, and the Indian Army should stop arresting Maoists? Or do you think if we started paying for Muslim terrorists and black drug dealers to attack the US government, the US should say, no problem?

You know what the difference between Ai Weiwei and Liu Xiaobo, and the Maoists? We have better border control for guns.
