I doubt a US company would win this tender.

These aircrafts will most probably require India to sign CISMOA etc. if we were to buy them from the US.

India is not willing to sign these agreements.

Only option left is European or Russian.

Just an FYI CISMO and several other agreements are fine with every military head within India. It's is your netas who object because of the " politics of perception " with your masses.
