Looks like a Labour Party of UK survey, i mean who looks for wealth that the top one per cent own, obesity, non-religious population, immigration, living with parents, female employment, rural living and internet access.
Not to mention Intolerance or Communal divide.

UK labour party wants wealth redistribution in other words doles like the socialists to everyone, which made UK and other EU nations almost Bankrupt.While Greece has already put its hands up saying our Economy is Bankrupt,Spain is almost bankrupt, UK is going for austerity measures and budget cuts.

Obesity- Really? Who takes that into ignorance parameter? In that case USA should be the most ignorant of all since they top the obesity charts all over the world.

Non-Religious population seriously? In a Country of 83% Hindu majority around 1billion,do they consider people non religious thats a western christian paramater to measure Hindus cultural values, Just like you cannot use a thermometer to measure the speed of a car same case here.

Immigration? Wow illegal influx of Bangladeshis coming into our country and the Nepalis working for free.There are Hindus from Pakistan who seek asylum on a regular basis.Were these considered as parameters?

Living with Parents( is considered as Ignorance?) WOW! i never thought our Indian family system of taking care of your elders and parents in old age was considered as ignorance parameter in UK.Glad to be ignorant in this aspect.

Female Employment-- Hmm, We are not some Islamic country to restrict employment,they can do their jobs .

Rural Living- Again what is ignorant about living in rural areas? the air is fresh,there is less noise and you feel good.If living in cities is considered Intelligent then this study is truly biased.

Internet Access- There is complete Internet access via Phone or Plug and play broadband services all over the country even in the remotest ares of India.

Intolerance- WTF? how does this come into picture for measuring ignorance?

Communal Divide-Again the British trying to see through the lens of Multiculturalism which is a fail in the western countries.
They want us to emulate their failed models so that we can be considered Intelligent in their scale?

Even i too can make a survey which includes lack of vampires, Harry potter,Gryphons,Pixies,Lack of sunlight,constant rain,Getting drunk, debauchery, failing school
