I guess after Pakistan's refusal to take part in Yemen, relations between Pakistan and Arabs are not same anymore. Most Arabs feel they are back stabbed by Pakistan.

Also, the Saudis are not our biggest oil exporter anymore. Nigeria and Iraq have taken over.

If that is the case this Saudi Mantri would not have said India a strategic partner. And I am sure Pakistan is not leading any coalition forces in Yemen.
