Indian atrocities in Held Valley condemned:
Staff Reporter from Sialkot adds: The Kashmir people residing in Sialkot region also observed the Indian Republic Day as black day and protested against the rising atrocities of the Occupant Indian Army in the Held Valley.
The Kashmiri people wearing black arm bandages expressed complete solidarity with the oppressed people of the Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing the protest meetings at Sialkot, Daska, Sambrial , Uggoki, Bajwat, Pasrur, Badiana, Chawinda, Satrah and surrounding areas, the local Kashmiris said the sacrifices of the thousands of innocent Kashmiris would become fruitful soon.

On the occasion, Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Front Chairman Dr Zahid Ghani Dar said that peace could never be promoted in South Asia without solving the prolonged delayed burning issue. He termed Kashmir a key to peace. He urged the Pakistan government to adopt a solid policy on Kashmir. Blah blah and more blah! With more than a million tourists in 2013 and Kashmiris including traders, houseboat owners, hoteliers, campers, guides, etc happy with the huge amount of money flowing into their coffers, they are more than happy. All this talk of HR violations etc is nothing but propaganda to feed the vested interests.

The irony is that none of these clowns mentioned above, have ever visited Kashmir but keep shouting from the rooftops, replaying the propaganda belted out by that lame duck Hurriyat Conference, like a broken record!

Things are vastly different on ground. The propaganda spewed out by these clowns is breathtaking. Devoid of just cause, the Hurriyat has no qualms of blatantly distorting facts to make its case; a case that becomes even weaker when viewed from a historical or demographic perspective and when evaluated in terms of the monetary subsidy amounting to thousands of crores that Kashmir receives from the central government.

And no one needs to pay taxes too! Bihar gets per capita central assistance of Rs 876 per year. Kashmir gets over ten times more: Rs 9,754 per year. While in Bihar and other states, this assistance is mainly in the forms of loans to the state, in Kashmir 90 per cent is an outright grant. Kashmir's entire Five Year Plan expenditure is met by the Indian taxpayer. In addition, New Delhi keeps throwing more and more money at the state.

Kashmiris are happy to take the money and the special rights but seperatists argue that India has been unfair to them…!

Shorn of the pretentious façade of self-determination, the Kashmir movement boils down to what it basically is: a charade, replete with deliberate misinformation, subtle coercion and outright religious discrimination, all with an intention of extracting an unfair advantage and fulfilling its ultimate goal of fundamentalist Islamic state. That has always been the goal despite sanctimonious protestations to the contrary.

Moreover, the endpoint of this Machiavellian game plan in Kashmir is an azadi whose definition is vague. A choice between accession to a failed, anarchic State with less liberty and security than what they possess, or a landlocked unsustainable sovereign status: a Hobson's choice. A people are being misled and a country held to ransom to fulfill the evil designs of a fundamentalist, fanatical clique that has little regard for rules or norms.

What the people of Kashmir need is not freedom from India but an enlightenment that clears their cloudy perception and releases them from the clutches of terrorism, religious fundamentalism and unscrupulous politicians, and making them law-abiding citizens of a democratic, secular and economically resurgent nation: a win-win situation. Where India is concerned, there can be no room for laxity or vacillation in dealing with separatists.

It is time to call their bluff.

.
He seems to be a sane Guy like many Pakistanis. It is nice to see More and More Pakistanis accepting the reality. More Important is that now people from forces are also accepting the reality.

. .
He's well educated about the reality... We never waged wars against Pakistan but Pakistan started them all and paid the prize.
The term India invading Pakistan is for political purposes that mind washed almost all of the Pakistanis. TTP is the real enemy who could invade and establish it's rules in Pakistan if you people don't sort out your real Foes..

.
Chawaly mar di, title mai. I don't know why the Core commander is thinking like that. He is thinking wrong.
i think he meant to say that with enough conventional and nuclear weapons india is no more a threat, but as terrorist are fighting a very different war so we need to prepare for that as we should have relative kind of WEAPONS for war on terror..... he didn't meant that india is no more an enemy now...

.
Ofcourse, there seems no possiblity of war with india at the moment.our focus should be on the tribal areas

.
Ohh Come on Media..

We don't have threat from India doesn't equates India is not our real enemy. But again, for peace and prosperity we (India & Pakistan) should continue cooperation.

.
They are both our enemies

India is our enemy and Pakistan needs to understand this and counter india...

Just because the TTP is an enemy dosent make India and less of an enemy or any less dangerous

As long as Kashmir is occupied, India is a enemy

. .
Ofcourse, there seems no possiblity of war with india at the moment.our focus should be on the tribal areas
war does not ring the bell before entering one,s house....... Pakistan need to be prepared at every moment. World is at the door step of 3rd world war.

Huh? Similarly, we can say, as long as Gilgit/Baltistan is occupied, Pakistan is the enemy!

Stupid argument! Snap out of it man and stop behaving like a Tom cat!
No, you can say, as long as world is occupied by human, everybody is an enemy
