Fraternal relationship with Nepal? What parallel universe are you living in?

There is no such concept as "Dravidistan". Dravidian is a linguistic strain. You should have a fraternal relationship (whatever that is) with Sri Lanka too going by your views but ties between Pakistan and Sri Lanka can at best be categorised as cordial.
