Yes I know, because I live here in Pakistan. I know ISI is not helping Mujahedeen (I want them to do). How do you know if they are helping Mujahedeen???
Regarding Ak 47's don't grow on trees, after the latest attack in Jammu and Kashmir on CRPF, their report were saying that arround 200 militants are active in the state, so if ISI use to help them, can ISI not provide more weapons, just 200?
Last part of your post is interesting, if I ever met a Mujahid, I will help him change their strategy, which I am sure will work and you will not say it again. (I didn't envisioned that strategy, I read about it in tehreek Pakistan, which is very simple and effective specially in India's case)
