Unlike some other country's our defence is not only "Centric" to one country!

We are large country in difficult/complex geo-political area with not so-friendly nieghbhours around us with border disputes.(specially in north east)

Hence, it is needed at even larger level then what currently is!!

1. In the last 4 Indo-Pak wars , India was not the aggressor even once.

2. India has no first-use policy w.r.t nuclear weapons.

3. Aircrafts and ships are being inducted to replace decades-old defence equipment.

4. IAF is still well below its sanctioned strength.

5. Navy and Coast Guard being strengthened esp. after 26/11 attacks.

This "India-will-wage-war" mentality has got you to this place where your country is today. Harsh truth ....

What does "cerificate is that 80% of the world support us "mean? - If you were peace loving then all your neighbours would vouch for that but they clearly dont.
As regards to Pakistans friends etc, i wouldnt wish to comment on that as that would be off thread.
