Whichever areas of the world the Central Asian Turks conquered converted to Islam. Almost all. India mostly didn't. Turkey itself is an example of that. A people and culture that completely adopted the identity of its invaders and conquerors.

Most Central Asian people look mongoloid, Most people of Turkey are not Mongoloid looking. You guys are native Anatolians who look more similar to Greeks, Armenians etc. who adopted the Turkic way of life after the Turkic conquest of Anatolia because of perhaps an inferiority complex about your own culture. This wasn't the case with India, China or Greece.
