India fills US in on plans for a strike force near China border

.
I don't like this;

Why does US have to be briefed at all?

We are an independent country in terms of military and foreign affairs and our business with US is just that; strategic business due to converging ties.

Personally, I think it is very myopic of the government to notify everything to the US all the time like puppets and don't like the direction in which the central regime is going.

.
India kissing Uncle Sam‘s azz?

Again?

India will be nothing but a tool that the US uses when it suits and discards when it does not。

Indians talk as if China gives a damn about what India does。

Raise 10 mountains corps,no,10 armies,if you will。

Go ahead and do it。

If you don't give a damn , why whine in this thread .....

We all know that India has some serious economic and social issues, but their government shouldn't try to shift the attention by provoking its neighbors.

Otherwise, the consequence will be simply disastrous for India. :coffee:

** yawn **

The Mughal Empire did maintain a peaceful relationship with us, but the British-created India indoctrinated with the western imperialist ideas have a lot of conflict with us.

Maybe Pakistan should overtake India in order to restore the peace. :coffee:

more *yawn*

You are absolutely right. A return of the Muslims to rule SA can only bring peace, prosperity and progress to its peoples, and ensure regional harmony.

And more terrorism . Only good thing is it is not going to happen .

Sorry not interested in any more terrorism.

BTW you're spilling into our land.

I thought you were a different country.

Well, India should brief the US as India is getting closer and closer to the US camp. The Indian government is preparing its people to allow US to have bases in India. First, port Blair. Than a US military bases in Indian mainland. India is located in a strategic location so it would be valuable to base our ports and air bases there.

.
I have no comment, realizing, Indians have seen alot of Bollywood movies and thinking of fantasy world. Let's go back to square one please.

The same thing we heard before 2008 that India will gain access to Nuke fuel and reactors from the west!

Provided if US is okay to share its airbases with India in various countries around the world! I see nothing wrong in that!

That is the problem with you guys, fed on CCP **** and bull stories you won't get the reality - Mao had just killed off 30 million Chinese in Cultural revolution standing isolated in the world stage diplomatically and was willing to get a pat from anyone to find some friends at the world stage and luck had it you got your pat from Nixon as you were willing to stab the back of your big brother USSR hastening the demise of the Communist regimes everywhere in the world and even today your CCP is standing there politically clutching on to power while economically you had given up all your fundamental beliefs and swapped your ideals for Market economy. So you see you had to compromise on your core ideals to get a pat from Nixon.

As for Taiwan, still you guys are into peaceful negotiations for Taiwan and your warning ministry has been busy shooting warnings across while we are selling arms to Taiwan under Taiwan Relatons act of 1979. Until Taiwan Relations Act is there, you guys will go for peaceful negotiations forever.

As for the opening of the economy, not sure Mao had a clue about it - his ideas were Great Leap Forward which killed another 30 million in the previous decade - It was a smart leader like Deng Xiaoping(my respect to him) few years later to reform the economy.

As for India, they came out of nuclear isolation and don't you think it is a big deal for them without having to mortgage their ideals unlike you guys who willingly pledged your communist ideals for a pat in the back from Nixon???

Cultural revolution was a mistake, and we have corrected it but you not better despite of so call world most populous democratic country: 5,000 children under the age of five die in India everyday...you still can't fix your problem. China USSR animosity was well before Nixxon came, your understanding of world politic is just too clueless...no wonder you Indians are alway behind Chinese in most aspect.

As for Taiwan, we're on dual tracks: engage peaceful negociation and hold U.S accountable for the arm sale, we made U.S pay back somewhere else and sure they got Chinese message clearly by now: American want China cooperation in Internatial issue, they have to think twice over selling offensive weapons to Taiwan: we can verywell do the same by selling arms to American's foes...and even nowaday Taiwan only get the very limited defensive weapons such F-16A

our open economy save us from hunger, unlike India 25 Million Children still Suffer From Malnutrition And Starvation in present's day,you want more humiliation?

Indian out of nuclear isolation mean same Pakistan and Iran:azn:, we will have more fun to see on how the world will tackle this issue, China built Nuclear plant in Pakistan, U.S can only seal it's lip for their support to India. And talk about mortgage of your Ideals: Indians pledged Democracy Ideal piggyback with hanger and porverty, and there is No one pity to pat India, you're on your own.

I know the animosity existed for a long time but you guys are ideological partners and belonged to the Communist bloc and the other side of the world was fighting against the communist bloc - In such circumstance inspite of differences, you are not expected to join the other side but that is what exactly you guys did - Needless to say you Chinese are the Benedict Arnold of Communist bloc.

As for the poverty rates, India is an open book with no manipulation of the data but the same can't be said about China where experts question the various numbers and especially the rural poverty. You can pat your back about the nos published by the CCP - but whatever you guys claim we would take it with a pinch of salt.

As for Taiwan, anything you guys claim is just an excuse - U.S has been providing arms and it happened in the recent past as well. You can have all the peaceful negotiations but we will see the day Taiwan will belong to China.

Lets see what is in store for Pakistan and Iran and whether you guys can provide the fuel for them.

Beyond this it is getting boring seeing your excuse  - Come up with something new so that I can respond else I am done here.

.
New sheriff in town.

A new containment policy of sorts won't be a successful policy; in the broader scheme of things it's just another reminder of the

"No permanent friends just permanent interests" age old adage

this show you're still clueless again about China-USSR relation, both has different ideology about communism, you don't even know what you're talking about.

As the poverty, open book or not, people can witness when visiting your country, I don't deny that poverty is also present in China but not as obvious as India. Yes your so call democracy party is good at pat on these poor citizens and ask them to continue enduring the suffering even publicly aknowlege the problem...well i guess that the way of India's democracy.

As for Taiwan, we're not self comforting like India with excuse, We broad this issue to US to remind them our core interest we don't just hide our head on the sand. As I mentioned Americans already have so some reservation on exporting arm to Taiwan in the way not to offend China...we don't expect them to back off until we reach the parity.

As for nuclear fuel, we're watch India will great Interest, certainly we can come up with our version of American's nuclear policy vis-a-vis Indian for Iran and Pakistan.

Nothing you said impress me beside repeat the same things over again. and if you're done go to sleep...yawn is the sign fatigue.

Subcontinent, had 100s of kingdoms, till the British invaded them and threw all these kingdoms in the same basket , and called their colony and artificial state, British India. When the British left, a state was created called India, which is the British colonial legacy in the subcontinent. Thus there are so man separatist movements in India, who never got their freedom from this colony...also, most of India's neighbor do not like India.. Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh.

This can be exploited to our advantage. India can not go to a serious war with any country because it risks being imploded from with in.

and u r own pakistan was a part of indian sub-continent then..... about the seperatist movements in india .... yaar , get a life look at u r own country while posting stuff like these balochistan which is 40 % of pakistan's land mass is against pakistan and demanding for liberation ..... talibans are all over pakistan.... a single day doesn't go without a bomblast ... nly yesterday u had talibans freeing 200 of their jail inmates... and still want to talk about seperatist mvements in india... why dont u name them ??

India, was made in 1947. There was no India before.

Our land was conquered and forced into British India, which we (Pakistanis) fought against it for freedom for most part of British India's history.

Taliban are NOT separatist , and are more of a revolutionist movement. They call them selves, Tarikh e Taliban PAKISTAN, it translates to, Pakistan Movement of Taliban.

As for Baloch separatist, its only the BLA separatist, the rest of the Baloch, are Pro Pakistan, in fact, Pro Pak Army, and we know who is supporting BLA. Links can be found to India.

At the end of the day India need these weapons anyway. US defence system by far better than any Russian or Chinese So. India must ask for 1 Nimitz Class A/C with Mix of F35 L II and F 18 . India ready to pay for the best, Which China cant and defo not Pakistan

USA does not sell such classified systems to other nations. As for US defence system being better,it has proven far short in Serbia,Vietnam,Korea when dealing with systems of russian origin. Forgotten about the RQ-170 sentinel drone which was brought down by Avtobaza jammers?

I don't like this;
