I have no problems with India's military expantion. India is a sovereign nation that has every right to build up its military as it sees fit for its security needs. Just like China.

The one difference is that China's military expantion is largely dependent on her domestic arms industries while India is much more dependent on foreign imports. This will help China further its economic edge over India.

Right now its only 1.9% of GDP, recently some budget even cut down in austerity measure in economic slowdown. India can never behave like crazy folks.

if you feel it is unacceptable then i give another advice-----act as what we did in the 1990s. in the 1990s,China spent only 1-1.5% of its GDP on army.we almost cut any budget we can to support econmy
