Well to me the war is not the solution, however, if there is any, it would be the Nuke war. It is not worth comparing the after effects of Nukes on both the countries, as any such war will take both the nations decades and decades back. So no point in discussing the Nuke war.

What do we need to consider, how to bring the tension down between two nations, as terrorism is not the problem of Pakistan alone. Suppose if india is busy in war with china and Pakistan starts exercises on its border with india, what will be the response from India?

FOr the first place we would not engage with china or any country just anyhow... We are a peace loving country....

He is not concerned with the military exercise, read the article, he is concerned with the timings.

Timings? The author should have known that the Indian Forces have a fixed schedule for conducting Exercises and this has been going on for decades - that is, the summer months of May and June. This is the only time available as the crops would have been harvested and planting of new crops not yet begun.

Surely one doesn't expect the mass of Armour, SP Artillery and infantry to flatten crops if Exercises are held during the crop season? I feel, as is the wont of self styled Pakistani analysts, this is another case of trying to stir up a hornets nest by sounding meaningless and unnecessary alarms.
