India desperately wants to be a Super Power feared by all, but look at what happen to India ... ... It seems that Clinton and Obama team have already obliterated India's dream and casting India as little pesky flies on the wall.

And Indian diplomats were dumbfounded when Prime Minister Singh was not among the first two dozen world leaders to receive an introductory phone call from President Obama. Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Chinese President Hu Jintao, among others, did.

Wouldn't worry about the 'lack of visits' so much, yet.

The thing to keep an eye on is always the tangible cooperation and ties. The Bush Adminsitration bulldozed the NSG agreement through, and the F-18, F-16-IN offers are still on the table, with offsets.

India is usually ignored by the new incoming Presidents in the beginning. Bush took a while opening up to India too.

Anyways I'm sure India will get it's visit soon.

What world are you living in? Do the things mentioned by you have any significance at all?

Talk in terms of strategic cooperation, intelligence sharing. Talk about Arms deals. talk about nuclear deal. talk about Obama's message on Indian republic day that India does not have a better friend than US. Talk about increasingly powerful Indian lobby in US administration. Talk about Hillary's statements in her interview for SoS where she mentioned that US needs to keep good relations with 'India, a coutry with growing influence on the world'.
