Well first of all, the primary aim of CPEC is to connect regional countries..which it will do at any level. and also improve Pak's economy by becoming a part of chinese economic efforts
As far as, western countries are concerned..after brexit, UK and china has planned to start a train under OBOR..Uk will be quite willing to share CPEC befits of CPEC and OBOR after Brexit...And if UK goes with it, and makes profit other European countries will also follow
