Education is no excuse, it has less to do with spitting, vomiting etc. but manners do. Parental dept., parents and neighbours can also teach manners, no?

Mumbai:-Elevated rail corridor bids in 6 months


MUMBAI: The railway authorities are likely to award work on the 63-km elevated rail corridor between Churchgate and Virar to the successful bidder in six months. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reviewed flagship projects at a meeting attended by members of the Planning Commission and officials of key infrastructure projects on Friday.

A senior official said the projects include the elevated rail corridor, dedicated freight corridors and station redevelopment. Railway officials said today's review meeting will bring a sense of urgency in the railway board and state bureaucracy to expedite the process in awarding the project to be implemented on Public Private Partnership Model.

Imagine the kind of money the 3 countries spend on the Himalayas.
