I do not get your logic behind this argument, but as I have proven in above post, that India is taking alternative routes based on Kargil experience and Chinese sensitivity regarding the LOC.....

If Funding is the only issue, like you have proven, then underestimation is highly unprudent....

Anyways, based on the orginal discussion no matter what gov't is in power, no one is bowing down to the Chinese Cause!!!!

Congress only acts until its too late or something has happened and its out of control rather than watch and then act when needed.

a modernization of internal security and external security is needed defenses must be upgraded to the point that any incursion or infiltration will be beaten back right on the spot where it occurs.
