This is an Important step, The Joint defense Exercise is an Opportunity to Solve the mis Understandings each of the two forces share, This if not Fades away the ghost of War but certainly limits the scope of it... Need to enhance the Defense ties which at this moment is Almost Nill... If India and China can share better trade relationships so can the Military...
