*TAWANG SECTOR INCIDENT*

In certain areas along the LAC in the Tawang Sector in Arunachal Pradesh there are areas of differing perception, wherein both sides patrol the area upto their claim lines. This has been the trend since 2006.

On 09 December 2022, PLA troops contacted the LAC in Tawang Sector which was contested by own troops in a firm and resolute manner. This face-off led to minor injuries to few personnel from both sides.

Both sides immediately disengaged from the area. As a follow up of the incident, own Commander in the area held a Flag Meeting with his counterpart to discuss the issue in accordance with structured mechanisms to restore peace and tranquillity.

This is a large scale incident.

Both Indians and Chinese reportedly are holding captives. Negotiations on, that's why no official admission from both sides.

scores of Indian soldiers were injured and much less Chinese! This took place two days ago. Both sides CO's called in a flag meeting and put in cease fire. There were some holdings on both sides and it was resolved within a day. I don't know why Indian media never reports anything accurate and always portrays India as the sole winning entity. I was hoping they'd say "our jawans climbed through Tibet and were about to capture Beijing when they got caught", sounds familiar?

No these pictures have to be fake. Indian media is portraying these soldiers marched through harsh winter in Tibet to reach for Beijing. Joking, but that's Indian media for you!
