My POV:

1. The terrain on India China border makes a scenario of war highly unlikely all that we can see is may be a skirmish.
2. Because of the location of Doklam plateau its of strategic importance to India as anybody holding it will get edge over India's life lines.
3. The plateau may belong to Bhutan or China but India and China need to speed up the solution to resolve its border disputes (all of them).
4. I seriously don't think loosing lives there of our men in uniform is worth much for both India and China.

A small piece of land belonging to Bhutan where Chinese on one fine day decide to build a road to bring military fortifications to threaten a country a thousand five hundred times smaller (Bhutan), Sikkim equally small and want the means to cut off access to north east India.
You don't get a greater example of egregious cartographic aggression, even hitler's stormtroppers would not belittle themselves by threatening a country 1500 times smaller.

There are some unsaid rules that around border countries do not act in a way others feel threatened. This road is not achieving anything for China because it is not needed to access anything. The only purpose of this would be to use in war. Any sensible country will accept Indian's concern. To give an example, even though India and Pakistan have so much history we have not done anything which others do not like. The Chinese posters in this forum act like a bully and show no understanding of being a sensible poster. Hope this is not a representation of chinese as a whole because if so they are really bad people with no sensitivities.

India please use foreign affair talk to China to solve this road problem, but not use army cross the border, once your army crosses the border, it becomes invasion to another country.

We have already crossed the border. By your definition we have invaded china almost 1.5 months ago.
All chinese so far doing is plz go back then we will dscuss on table.
