Correct- And I respect that- So advertise or respond to your buyer accordingly- Be more tactful like, staff are all Jains or the staff preparing the food meet the standards for Jain community consumption- Why mention only Non Muslim?- Does that sound suspect to you or not- (Christians/ Sikhs/ Non Meat eating Hindus-etc wer not mentioned in the tweet

Jains are a microminority. But they are so religious. They won't even accept food even from non vegetarian Hindus. So it's kinda known to everyone. But the case will be thrown out.

It will open up a Pandora's box. While if true it's plain wrong this is how things have been going on in some sectors for a while in India. Jains only employ other jains or veg Hindus. Halal for example can only be done by Muslims (pray and kill). It will open up more Islamophobia than ever before. Already there are lots of demand over Jhatka meat. Are we ready to face another round of legal battle this time.will challenge Islamic laws in court? And most likely will.be ruled against them in the term of equality?

Yea but in that case we will be back to square one? How can a non Muslim do Halal killing? So today a meat company (any) advertises Halal it says it's done by Muslims. Means that job is kinda reserved for them. In a Muslim company it's like unwritten rule 100% will be from their community. M community will want only a Halal meat done as per their religion which means it should be done only by Muslims. Now Jains will come back and say we will eat only if done by Jains.?
