IMF will not deny loans to Pakistan and probably cannot also as per its charter , it would put such hard restrictions that probably Pakistan will deny loans in future on those kind of terms.

Nopes India would never take over Pakistan. I doesnt even intent to do so. At max Azad Kashmir and nothing more.
If Pakistan goes down or india takes over, then india will itself break. Currently the fight against Pakistan keeps all united, once there is no Pakistan then internal rifts will rise and there will be internal conflict unless India finds some other external reasons to remain united.

If Pakistan is denied IMF loan it is a good thing just look at India what external debt has done to it. The Agri crisis in India is getting worse day by day with no solution in sight. Farmers are committing suicide and Indian Govt has no solution all because of $570 billion debt looming on India and large current account deficit India is rolled in. Pakistan has worked a lot on decreasing current account deficit and loans will further make that path hard.
