Bro,you're forgetting the fact that India has got bigger and more badder nuclear weapons in it's arsenal in form of thermo nuclear weapon with yields more than 200 kts than her arch rival.Plus if they nuke our capital then the retaliatory attack will be far more devastating for Pakistan as it'll simply cease to exist from the global map.

No it won't. The sum of your low yield nukes may, just may, be able to take out New Delhi. India can absorb all your nukes, while ours will destroy pakistan. Radiation isn't a factor in nuclear war as bomb have a short radioactive half life.
