Anyone can quote from any archives or sources, but whether it is quoted in the proper and fair context in a different matter. How you present it is also a different matter altogether. You post are all one-sided to say the least, they are often taken out of context and you omitted many many other important facts, such as the $300 million which is peanut by country standard, we had paid them back when Sino-Soviet split.

The fact is all military analyst agree that Chinese's ICBM program is indigenous as well as our other weapons. Only an inferior sore looser like you would call China a beggar and thief.
The truth is today India is the world's largest arm importers, which means you're the world's largest beggars. You're not quite a thief yet because India is so backward it can't do reverse engineering, . So you beg for technology and weapon and ended up paying through the nose. Yes you had to beg the Russia for technology coz US won't sell, and you got blackmailed by the Russians, LOL.
Of course, buying does not equate to reverse buying--it is beyond india's technical capability. Stick to your Bollywood copying of Hollywood movies, no engineering work is required for that.

I challenge you to prove it,that any one of key technologies were brought from Russia.

And ,India purchases foreign weapons,and produce them under license-You copy them...
