The same amount of effort that it takes in identifying, compiling a list making a decision on it, could be replaced by sending an official request to PDF to help GoI control the panic and in the interest of humanity we would support it. We did take off the pictures as a) they were unrelated b) we don't ever allow posting graphic images anyway.

Its easier blocking the site in a single transaction than to try and convince hundreds of web site owners to quickly take down the fake content.. There is a factor of time.. and all website owners are not as forthcoming and cooperative as you are offering to be.. Why would anyone want to spend time in this to and fro with multiple parties in a crisis .. The 1st priority is to stem the flow..

Its an option better left to the users than govt. First come up with an alternative to Google and then talk. It will solve most our headaches for sure. We can filter most of the results and display the noncomplying ones to 10000th page.......

We place emphasis on free speech that's why Indians can come here and freely discuss social, political, defence issues related to Pakistan, the main aim of this forum - free debate. Discussion on PDF is a privilege, not a right. If you want this privilege you'll have to fight for it. Just like you have to fight for your freedoms. If you don't its more of your loss than the loss of less than USD 10 we make from the largest country's visitors - Pakistan (not India). So you can imagine, how less of a concern revenues are and how much of a concern doing the right thing is for us.
