PS: the constitution is equal for all. It does not differentiate between Hindu and Muslim or treat one better than the other. What you’re referring to are government policies and programs that are not bound in the constitution

No one denies that India is the home of Hinduism. However, I think you cannot have first and second while determining India's citizenship. Moreover, if you divide people based on caste and religion, it is going to bite you hard in long run. This will only cultivate divisions in the country that are harmful for the development of the country.

And as regarding Siva Sena, they are masters at divide and rule. Today, they say Hindus vs Muslims, tomorrow they will say Maharashtrians vs non Maharashtrians, day after tomorrow they will say Mumbaians vs non Mumbai.
