Yes you are right. After Indian backed terrorists from LTTE were routed out by Sri Lankan Army now India has no choice but to try giving it a tricolor

huh but you see the history has alot of proofs against India for creating LTTE terrorist organisation which have started suicide bombing for the first time in the world.

The Indians are posting this everywhere just to befool the world that it was India that had led to defeat of LTTE.

"Prabhakaran is my good friend. I am not a terrorist," the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister told NDTV in an interview when asked whether he viewed Prabhakaran as a terrorist.

Subsequently asked by his daughter and DMK Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi, who was present in the interview, whether he saw Prabhakaran as a terrorist, Karunanidhi, speaking in Tamil, said "Naan appadi paarkkalai (I don't see that way)."

"Those in Prabhakaran's group have taken to terrorism. But that is not his (Prabhakaran's) fault," he added.

"I will deeply regret if Prabhakaran is killed (in the ongoing offensive).. for it would be because of lack of unity among the Tamil groups," he said in a reference to the fratricidal war between Tamil groups, members of which have been killed by the LTTE.

Karunanidhi also said that the LTTE's goals were "legitimate," but faulted it when he said they had adopted "wrong methods."

"Their goals are right, but method is wrong," he said about the organisation, which took to armed struggle in the early 1980s in a bid to secure equal rights for minority Tamils in Sri Lanka.

Karunanidhi said he differed with Prabhakaran on his policy of delivering a dictator-type rule if he came to power, as stated by the LTTE chief in a magazine interview a few years ago.

Prabhakaran is a proclaimed offender in the Rajiv Gandhi [Images] assassination case.

Well i had watched an interview with Mr. Rajapakse where he had acknolwedged indian help and support in defeating LTTE. Chinese and Pakistanis too played a major and vital role in defeating LTTE, but i don't understand this stupid sarcasm.

The book is unrealistic.

Indian Tamil wanted Tamil nadu in India (their own country). India send their army and it was reacted by killing Rajeev Ghandi... The start of suicide bombs (and in this case even a female!!!!). Then India supported Tamil terrorism in Sri Lanka so they could have less troubles. They send weapons, funds, logistics, planes... Where else do you think they got the items? And India pressed Lanka to buy bad quality weapons from India. We all know that the radar was not working and so lots of Lankan aircraft were destroyed on the ground... Now we have to rewrite the history? Please. It is like India is giving Kashmiri real democracy and freedom. Or giving muslims in India equal rights... We all know that it is not true. A book will not change that.

The problem with the post happened when the Topic starter with little knowledge of history of LTTE declared that India had nothing to do with LTTE in its inception. I totally agree with the book and that India did have a role in LTTE disappearing.

INDIA did not support the LTTE during Sri Lanka's offensive that itself is the greatest support Sri Lanka got it .It is as simple as that

I would say you can search for NDTV mahindra rajapaksa interview in the net, because from what i heard right from the horses mouth these are the following things he told.

1. IPKF controlled and was on the verge of eliminating LTTE during its times, before it was asked to go back. He himself agreed if IPKF was allowed to stay in lanka, LTTE would have been long eliminated.

2. India, provided defensive mechanisms and military equipments, which have to an extent helped in their fight against LTTE during this renewed offensive.

3. Indian blessings where there for the fight and war against LTTE.

The difference in ISI and RAW is that ISI is self funded where as RAW is state funded. It is very open truth that ISI gets its Salary from GOP, however the luxury they afford comes from Blood money or Drugs, Fake currency Indian currency. etc.
I am sure GOP is not funding from the taxpayers money all the insurgencies. Definitely not your present govt.
GOP helplessly call them Non state actors and there a big theater out there for these actors.. Pakistan is seeing drama every day. The common citizen is suffereing
