Rank- 131
HDI score- 0.624
Inequality adj HDI score- 0.454.

Pakistan:
Rank- 147
HDI score- 0.550
Inequality adj HDI score- 0.380.

Btw riding a two wheeler is development for Indians while honestly speaking we wimen here in Peshawar we still prefer four wheelr cars since we a very very poor.

This helped to propel an increase of 15 HDI points from 0.609 to 0.624 for India. (BD increased by 9 points and Pakistan by 12 points)

Good job to Pakistan for finally getting out of Low Human development category (getting to 0.550).

You guys just made it in the list this year. Last year while India and Bangladesh were in medium human development category, Pakistan was in low human development category. This year Pakistan made it to medium human development. So congrats are in order.

It is a big deal because the rankings reflect exactly the common man development which you talk of. The index is called Human Development Index for a reason
